My mother said that she had monthly flows that were a lot lighter than a normal monthly throughout most of her pregnancy with me. As far as how she knew that she was pregnant, I don't have an idea but I would presume that it was pretty much the standard signs of pregnancy ... knowing that she had unprotected sex at the right time of the month, weight gain, bloating, tender breasts, frequent urge to urinate, and the like. I was delivered by c-section almost 40 years ago without too many complications, and I'm still kicking.

I never have with either of my pregnancies.. I had a spotting in the very beginning or its also known as implantation bleeding.. but htat was the only time..

If you bleed during pregnancy you need to talk to you OB IMMEDIATELY.. spotting does happen to some women but you shouldnt be having a period .

I had my cycle for three months while pregnant. They were lighter and less cramping. I didn't find out I was pregnant until I was almost four months pregnant due to this. So get to a doctor, or a drug store and take a test! dont wait to long.

Women who still have periods while pregnant, still have symptoms of pregnancy. Look for fatigue, nausea, breast tenderness, and change in appetite
