Yeah, but since he can't, in America, perhaps he should run for president of Iraq.
That way, since America is so Lax about disciplining a criminal, like him and Cheney, Iraq can do the job with the same fate as Saddam Hussein.

No, but I do have a plan.
Cheny should retire and leave office for health reasons or to practice his shooting. then bush can appoint his brother Jeb to be VP. then in two years Jeb can run for Pres. as an incumbant VP.
If Bush gets impeached, jeb will be the pres and can run as incumbant pres.. its a good plan. do NOT tell the bushs about it.
Jeb can appoint his twin neices to be secretary os state and secretary of defense while he is in office and later they can run as pres and VP on same ticket.
