I've never had experience of business lessons generally before September (I don't think that's desparately relevant).

The recommended book is Organisational Behaviour: Individuals, Groups and the Organisation by I. Brooks, but the tutor said to us himself that it's not the best one. (I think he said it was a good, inexpensive one)>

Anyway, any help is v.muchly appreciated!

Go to www.ask.com. When prompted type Books on Organizational Behavior. This will result in numerous listings. Click on Leadership-Organizational Behavior--this is one of the first results. This is a great link, it explains the definition of organizational behavior and many of its aspects in simple to follow terminology. (This site may do it for you, without having to buy a book!)
Continuing, there are numerous books on organizational behavior listed on eBay. (Many starting at very low prices.) Check out the descriptions of each book on Amazon.com. What book suits one person's learning style, is not necessarily going to suit yours. Perhaps, if you would read the descriptions, you could determine which book is best tailored to your needs.
Good Luck with your studies!!!
