I saw what I thought was a good deal...a free t-shirt for
answering some questions.I answered the survey questions,
but was never redirected to the original site to tell them what
size I wear! And...they wanted me to order products from other
companies! I don't use credit cards. What happened to the "free"
t-shirt??

I would forget it. I did the same thing. Learned not to answer these surveys.

just forget it - dont usually click on links that offer free items online - (unless heavenlytshirts is a well known and certified online clothes store in which case i apologise)

if it is a certified company, then contact the manager/customer support
