So for his birth day I want to give him a gift and say happy birth day

okay he was watching sports and I surprised him with a kiss and than later he comes to the kitchen and kisses me back..but still in silent treatment..I am not a very talkative person but I think he likes that way

I can't imagine 5 weeks of being ignored being OK to one person, and certainly not to both people in a relationship. Maybe you guys are a perfect match because if either of you did that to someone else, that other person won't feel like giving or receiving a birthday gift from the other person, so that's really nice that you still want to give him a gift.

Are you guys by chance German? My grandfather could go for weeks without saying a single word when he was angry.
What a way to live, either get over it or move on. Of course you will still have to deal with people who disagree with you and that isn't a real strong point for either one of you.
If you stay this angry, this long, you should move to the middle east you'll fit in fine there.

the challenge is you want him more advantageous than he needs you. because of this he has no reason to augment the relationship. He is conscious you aren't any further going everywhere. both get used to how he deals with minor conflicts or locate someone who really cares about you.

Why waste money on someone you're not gonna be with? Maybe his favorite dinner, that way it's not a total waste for you. You get to eat too.

An appointment for counselling for the two of you together, because you need it, or you won't be that way much longer!
