These charges are against Post Officers, District Officers, & Auxillary Department Officers. Do I start at the National level or since I serve on the Governor's Veteran's Committee in my State, do I go through his Office first? I have a hell of a case.

I'm a life member for 30 years. Just tired of seeing younger people get screwed by people who are supposed to be fair and impartial. If you are high up the ladder you can do no wrong in their eyes.

You start at the Post level and go up from there. I, if I were you would seek legal council before I do anything. That's a BIG organization and you might be biting off more than you can chew. But I don't know as you haven't really given anything here.

My first question to you would be: Are you a member of the VFW? I would guess not, since you're asking this question here. If you were, you'd already know the greivance/complaint process within the post and organization.

My second question would be: Just what "ethics misconduct" are you talking about? I'm a Life VFW member, and this term baffles me....just makes me think more that you're not a member and are PO'd at them for something, and are try to play a little game of "catch-up."

Why, were you a draft dodger, and they will not let you join? Or you just don't have anything else to do.
