I'm attending a very nice formal function and need some advice on what color stockings to wear with a Hunter Green Cocktail dress. I do perfer wearing stocking with the dress, not pantyhose. The dress is knee length. Any help will be apprectaited, Thanks Barbara

maybe green, black, or white... depends on your earings, purse, shoes, necklace, ect.

I would go with a charcoal colour, just not completely black as this distracts from the actual dress. Not white, because it wouldn't match...try different dark greys and charcoals to see what looks best against the dress.. have fun!

Nude or off white would look nice with a green dress. Another option depending on your shoe color would be off black.

Very sheer black or off black is the perfect match. Stay away from the heavy look of tights and get the sheerest you can find.

try natural...or black it depends on your accessories and shoes ^^
