When I have a chair that spins - yes. That is no bad thing, as it eases ones posture for a moments, just like stretching. Being tense or still in one fixed position, as one can be on a normal chair, is not good for the body.

Well, when I'm nervous I do everything. Even spinning in the chair.
When I'm waiting for a special answer I'm spinning, rolling, hitting the notebook or whatever on my table. ;)

Aaaargh - this reminds me of school, when lads would spin round on one leg of their classroom chair (not designed for this!) leading inevitably to a loud crash, as boy and broken chair collapsed to the floor!

I wish that I could, I feel deprived only having this hard wooden chair to sit on, it makes my bum go numb too. If only I could have a spinning chair :o(

I spin until I accidentally hit something and my husband yells at me to quit acting like a child.
Now I can tell him everyone's doing it. LOL!!!
