eat eat eat and take protein shakes also work out but eat clean foods there are good fats that is healthy

I don't think that you will be able to,I am also very skinny and have been trying to put on weight for the last 20years I have been between 7st7lb and 8st for most of my adult life,I am5ft4ins tall and i never put on any weight no matter what i eat,And boy can i eat,I don't stop all day,I have had 6 children and the only thing to get bigger is my belly and my boobs,But the day after i give birth i am back in my size8 jeans,I know that a lot of people will say that i,m lucky but i would love to put on a bit of weight on my bum as i have no curves.

Don't listen to anyone that tells you eat a lot and that's it. You should have a balanced diet supervised by a professional to make sure the weight you gain is muscles and tissues and so on not just FAT that could put a heavy load on your systems like your liver & heart. You can eat complex carbohydrates with some protiens and you can take multivitamin tablets. I recommend Centrum Silver.one tablet per day.Please don't try to gain weight by eating junk food and drinking caloric drinks.

hi, dear eat some protein in ur food daily with milk and seaonal friut. Take banana in the morining followed by milk . And never move around without anything always have something to eat.Take some thing between the meals.

Eat lots of high carb food like pasta, bread, and white foods like white potatoes and white flour products. Live out of the junk food machine and drink a couple of milkshakes a day. Eat fried banana sandwiches before going to bed. Worked for Elvis.

you should get urself checked for an overactive thyroid...which can cause weight loss...or diabetes or metabolic syndrome!
also you should build up ur muscle mass,by doing jogging,push ups,chin ups.yoga,swimming,tennis etc.
also make sure you take adequate protein intake,soya milk,tofu,curd,milk,
have all fruits and whole wheat bread....do not keep eating fattening stuff...as this wud coz other health complications....fat is not good for anybody...thin or overweight!
just be healthy...have regular meals,excercise everyday...and have ur vitamins.
