Hi Matthew, since you don't give any details it's hard to say, but usually if you talk to your wife you can work through anything. If you are willing to call it quits, why not talk to your wife straight out and let her know what the problem is. If you are scared of rejection, embarrassment or an argument look at it this way this would be the last time you would talk to her so what do you have to loose? Good Luck with your decision! Hope you can work things out.

It depends on allot of factors. One I would sit down write on a piece of paper everything you want to change in the marriage. Second write everything you like and cant live without. Third read the list and then sit down with your wife and start the discussion and try hard to compromise. Forth if all else fails then pick a place go there for a weekend with your wife and try to remember the good things like when and how you two first met.

if you are at the point where you are looking for someone else to be with, then you should get divorced instead of going out on her. it's much better to be apart than tear each other apart.

If you're even asking the question, your answer is probably 'yes'. Go into a quiet room by yourself and speak outloud. Tell the other person you don't want to be with them anymore and you're ready to move on with your life. Does it feel like a weight has been lifted? If so, you've gotta go.

You have'nt given any information. It all depends on the circumstances and reasoning. With this kind of a question you probably should not have gotten married in the first place your very immature.
