Yes, you can freeze macaroin & cheese, I even bake mine first, then vacume seal it and then the microwave does the rest when I'm ready for it. I make lasagna bake and freeze it. Ham and escalloped potatoes, cabbage rolls. All are baked before I freeze it.Cooked meatballs without the sauce, microwave them when I want them then in the sauce they go. One thing I do is I portion out the sizes before I freeze , if you need more just take another one out. I made home made soup and canned it. You can freeze just about anything.
