Most young people hit puberty between 10-15 years old. BUT, everyone is different so, not to worry. It will happen in due time. Sometimes it takes a little longer on some of us.
If you are truly worried, go and see your family doctor and he/she can give you some reassurances.

Yes it is normal. A normal child could reach puberty anywhere from 10-17.

Do not worry, your time will come. You may be a late bloomer. In the mean time go ahead and masturbate as much as you want. It is normal and it is good for you and it will move things along.

Yes.it's normal.some recorded cases hit puberty at 18.Depends on your body and where you live in the world.Hot areas hit it b4 colder and so on
