a personal account, unless something arises in the future that will require a premier account. These accounts are usually just for sellers. But if you ever need it, paypal will let you upgrade to a premier account for free.

I think there are 3 accounts you can choose from. Personal, Premier, and Business. The first 2 are free.

With the personal account, IIRC, you can use credit cards, but you cannot accept credit card payments without upgrading to Premier. You might as well just start with the Personal account, and when it asks you to upgrade, just upgrade. It's free, except for they take a small percentage from certain payments.

There no annual or monthly fees to use either account. You pay a few bucks when you use the service.

I think they just fee you when you send money to another account. If you are buying stuff online, there is no fee.

Also, you should consider Google Checkout.

IDK if you really planning to anything DIRTY on paypal as your name refers!
Go with personal, its easy to change to premier if you want later.
When you request money, do not accept money paid through credit card. money transfered from bank account is free (I think up to $500 a month) to receive on personal account.

In my opinion Paypal sux. You don't have safety of your payment. I bought item on ebay, after waiting for a month, i file a complain on paypal for refund. Paypal investigated and agreed to pay back but since that guy has no money ion his paypal account, i can not get my refund!!! Its been almost a year I don't have my refund yet. WTF is paypal good for?
