Others have already noted the hip deal.

Chances are good that when you were 16, you were 115 pounds of mostly muscle. Now, chances are good that there is a greater body fat percentage. In women, body fat is stored in the butt, hips, and saddlebags (and breasts).

Your weight is only one part of the story -- the real health story is in your body fat percentage.

Well, were your pants a little tightlast year? If they were, then you might just have grown. If they fit fine last year, then you probably grew anyway. I know, it sucks, but it happened to me too.

You have to regular exercise, dieting is not a solution.
