Well if you mean not phishing, like Paypal sending you an email and you have to enter acount information, that site not being real. Look really closely at the "paypal" in the URL if it isn't exactly "paypal" for example, "pay-pal" or "pay.pal" then its fake. If you mean real like not a scam, for example "You Can Get A Free Laptop if..." then google the site, othherwise there is no way to tell.

they all are but if u mean a link that goes nowhere then the site has either been moved or they couldnt pay so they got shut down (also temporary server might be the cause just try again later)
