Yes!!!!!! My teeth got so loose that I thought I would lose the front two. I had horrible metal mouth, breast felt like they could explode at anytime and that was before my period was ever due. I know I am pregnant 6 days before a missed period. I've been pregnant more times then you can count on your fingers and toes put together.

In case you did not know:
When it comes to periods there are these days to consider for a normal cycle:
Days-1, 7, 14, 21, 28

1 =First day of period.
7 =Last day of period.
14=When we should ovulate, progesterone is increading, best chance of getting pregnant.
21=Progesterone starts to drop to prepare for next period.
28=The day before you start your period.

With this scale in mind. Days 8-10 and 25-27 should be your highest libido days. Around day 21 should be your PMS peak day.

Female sperms stay in the tract longer making their way towards the egg. Male sperm rush towards the egg with furious speed and poop themselves out easily. So if you have a female sperm that lingers past the pooped out male sperm then your chances of getting pregnant at ovulation increases. What I am saying is that if you had sex 1 day before you ovulate then your chances for a girl are higher. Because the male would poop out before the egg was ever ready to be penetrated. The gal, having taken her time and retained her strength along the way would by passed the pooped out and make it just as the egg was volnerable.

How do you know when you ovulate. You should have a wonderful opaque discharge. Put it on your thumb and try to stretch it out with your forfinger. If your discharge has a good stretch too it or a long stretch to it without snapping back to your thumb then you got a real good chance of helping the sperm travel the distance it needs to penetrate. Yep! That discharge is sweet to see if you are trying to get pregnant.

By the way some women ovulate the 8th day and the 17th so it totally messes with their heads. Keep a calendar each month and mark when you start your period with a 1 and everyday there after. Then start with a 1 again when you start your period again. Also mark when you are the bitttttchiest. Use that day to your advantage to stand up to hateful people you might otherwise coward down to.

YES... it is a symptom of pregnancy. I have never had m tongue fell bad though. My gums would feel swollen, sensitive and sore.. they would even bleed sometimes when I brushed my teeth... my teeth were also sensitive and would sometimes "hurt" but I think it was all related to the gums. I am going through this again right now. I am pregnant with baby #4, and this happened every time, nothing to worry about.. but also very annoying. A little later on in pregnancy, you may even experience bleeding when you blow your nose.. I did. You can google sore gums and pregnancy.. you will more than likely find lots on the topic.

I too had many problems with my teeth and gums during my first pregnancy. I went to my dentists and was told to come in for a cleaning at least once during each trimester so they could check my teeth and gums and make sure no further infections had developed. Some women are just prone to this as a symptom of pregnancy. I had very healthy teeth unitl my pregnancy then ended up having to have a root canal afterwards because (even after having the teeth cleaning during each trimester). My suggestion, see your dentist asap to get a cleaning but be sure to tell them you are pregnant so they don't give you anything you can't have and are sensitive to your sensitive teeth. Also, clean your teeth after every meal, or chew gum in between. Make sure to floss as well, for those of us susceptible to this, it really only takes a short while for problems to set in. Not sure about the tongue thing though, that is certainly something to talk with your dentist about. Good luck and congratulations.

My teeth practically rotted out of my head during my pregnancy even with all the prenatals and milk I drank. 8 cavities!!! I was horrified! But I guess pregnancy can rob your body of a lot essentials including calcium. In addition, your bodily acidity can change and enzymes change when this happens as well which can cause sore gums and bacterial rises when your acidity changes.

YEs, your gums and teeth may be a lot more sensitve than usual. Your gums may even bleed when you brush your teeth, so switch to a soft toothbrush, but it's even more important than ever to take really good care of your teeth!

Yeah I had sensitive gums but not as bad yours sound. My gums would bleed when I brushed them. I was scared so I went to see the dentist was nothing he could do he said it's normal in my case and that I should use natural toothpaste like Burt's Bees and that was it. If I where you I would go to the dentist just to be on the safe side you don't want to give your baby any unwanted germ.

hi I'm hesham ;
First of all make sure u don't have any local affection of your teeth also u have to know that if this is your first baby then don't be so suspicious about every thing cause most of the cases there is no local problems but psychological.

Yes it could be possible, of what I heard from people is that your child is trying to get certain amount of proteins and iron and other significant minerals in your body to support the baby's development. =) So that's why most doctors suggest eating healthy foods rich in protein and other minerals to support you and your baby.
