in other words, how much Horse Power does 362 cc's provide?

You cant figure horsepower with any equasion.... the only way is to put the vehicle on a dyno and that measure the power being created by the engine.

That is not something you can really say.

The horse power would be more related to the internal engine parts and design.

A Harley Davidson 1340cc engine only produced around 56 hp while some 900cc Jap bikes over 100 hp

Drop a turbo or super charger in the equazion and you can up those numbers.

There is no direct correlation, but normaly more displacement is capable of producing more HP.

there is no direct correlation between the two. but you can say that "generally, a large capacity engine will make more power and torque than a lower capacity engine."

but, some engine designs make good numbers but dont feel that special. like the honda S2000. it makes 120hp per liter, but it has very little torque, so its a "good on paper" design. others have poor numbers but have good torque characteristics, which translates well for economy and driving ease.

yeah there is no hard and fast math formula for that.
it all depnds on how that 362cc is used
even in similar applications it may be different
