Not just saying that because I like Muse, I'm saying it because his vocals are amazing! He can sing high notes perfectly and no one else sounds like him nowadays.
2) Serj Tankian - System of a Down
I just really like his voice, haha. It's all melodic and stuff. ^_^

There have been quite a few rather good singers in the last 100 years. You may have to approach the question by category of song.
In opera, Placido Domingo and Joan Sutherland.
On Broadway, the best were Keith Andes and Inga Swenson.
As popular singers, Ed Ames and Vera Lynn..
As more intimate sized voices,vocalists and jazz singers,
I'd vote for Mel Torme and Keeley Smith.
And in swing and rock and roll Frank Sinatra and Anita O'Day.

Brendon Urie, but i also love Ryan Ross on backup vocals.
in my opinion ryan should be the lead vocalist. but oh well.
