Because each one of them has a different function but we have to accept a several decrease of the brain usage among women with artificial boobs(maybe it is something in the silicon) :)

Women have brains so men can talk to them and hold a conversation.
Women have breasts so if the brain isn't workin men would still have something to talk to.

women have boob to feed their babies & yes including male babies who otherwise wouldn;t survive.women have brain & the brain is much more capable than male. It is the double xx Chromosome which makes women stronger biologically & in evolution of life it was always women who were the forebearer of evolution & that was bcaz of their brain. The left hemisphere of women are much more advanced & thats why they have more comapssion ,understanding & love for art & culture.
