If you have a shredder program, use that.

If you want to reboot, and it's not responding to a restart - just hold the power button down until it turns off.

Where did you download this pop video from? If it was from a peer-2-peer network, more than possible it's not a pop video but something a little more virus-like!!!!
I suggest you go and look at www.prevx.com
I'm not trying to promote it but we had a virus come into our entire family network (4 PC's) and the bugger could only be removed using the above software. It costs us £9.00 per YEAR per PC and I have removed all Norton software off the computers as it's crap and doesn't remove anything. It's free for the first 30 days and after that you decide whether you buy or not.
It sounds especially dodgy if you can't even remove it also.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.

Go to my computer then c drive. You should be able to find it and delete it from there or from add and remove programs.
