You stop going to work every day. If you feel that you are going to get fired then you either have done something wrong or you think the company is making cut backs. My advice get a resume ready either way. I will say that it is better when looking for a new job to be able to say that you left a job, rather than got fired. So if you really think that it is going to happen, start looking now and find another job and make it happen on your terms.

What happens is they may give you your final check there, clean out the desk, hand everything in and goodbye to your old job.

But my suggestion is if you are going to be fired because of someone else, YOU MIGHT AS WELL JUST SAY IT LIKE IT IS and if they do not like, TOUGH. And they tell everybody us, how the company treat you and how they treat "Good Employees" and then tell them how the promote "Bad Employees"

get ready now for a new job. should submit your resume to leading jobsite like www.monster.com, www.careerbuilder.com. Also you should consult local placement consultant in your area. In the meantime, look out for an option to work online. Although it wont pay you like full time job but you can make extra cash in your spare time. I am a part time worker doing work online at home, so I would like to share a link where you can make $600-$1500 in a month working at home. The work need to be done is posting/answering a discussion and uploading any photo/image of your interest. For details visit

I will publish few more genuine site in couple of weeks, where you can earn money. You may also write to me at talkofmoney@rediffmail.com (Note: When u are planning for a home based online work, be careful because most of them are scam and ask you to pay initial money. never pay money to any such site.)

Start looking for another job. You might be able to apply for unemployment. I would gather up everything that belongs to me, delete any personal info. off of the computer, and mentally prepare myself. Do you need copies of information just in case you file for unemployment and they give you a hassel? While it's a long shot, can you get a reference letter from your current employer?. You'd be surprised and that might help with obtaining another job. I wish you well.

You can either quit now.

Wait until you get fired and file for unemployment.

Best to start job hunting now.
