Smile at him and just have short talks with him.. maybe you can find something in common.. or if someone at your school who hangs out with him.. just start hanging out with that person and you can get to know the new guy without making it look like youre trying to get to know him.. or you can just simple talk to him.. a simple "Hello" can start something =]

1. Be nice 2. Show him a round the school 3. Try to be his friend 4. He will warm up to you, he'll figure out you are either trying to be his friend or you like him 5. He will decide if he wants you to be his boyfriend if he doesn't stay his friend he will probably change his mind over time.

just got up to him and say hi asked him what are his classes and discuss what classes you and him have and dont have warned him about all the bad things that happen or good things that happen at school and just act like yourself and he will start talking you on the regular basic like between classes. Start saying hi from time to time and show him that you are fun to hang out with. ask him where he is from and say where you are from talk about does he like it here etc...

instead of waiting for him, go upto him yourself and talk to him(otherwise he might never even know you existed)
if you talk to him, are nice, compliment him, show him around, joke around- he'll definately notice you and want to talk some more.
plus for all you know, he might not even turn out to be as great as you thought he was, once you actually meet him.
don't sit around waiting for something to happen make the first move.......if your too embarrased to just walk up to him, get his attention first by bumping into him or throwing a ball at him or something, say "OMG im so sorry, im like, the biggest clutz ever, oh hey your new round here arn't you?! what's your name?"
him: "phil"
you "im leanne"
then go from there.
he's bound to remember you as 'that nice girl that hit him with a ball'.

Since he's new he won't know anyone right? So just say hi and start a conversation. Just ask where he's originally from and stuff like that... Small talk woman.

first of all ---- go and introduce yourself during recess or other free time
try to shift your sitting place near him or aound
ask him for either some study help...maybe maths problem
during recess, try to talk with him and befriend with him....
don't be too obvious that u are desperate to be his friend.

go introduce yourself to him, tell him if he needs help finding classes or whatever he can always ask you, and just start talking to him, everytime you see say hi ask how he is etc...pretty soon you two should become friends

If he is new, there must be something about hte school he doesn't know, or a place he doesn't know how to get there, help him with that, and say "hey, we should trade screen names".
