Although I was never in Scouts and never got mine, one of the puppies in my troop will be getting his awarded to him next month. He had to work for many years doing many hours of community service, volunteering, leading other scouts in educational hikes, planning meetings, teach classes, attend and participate in important community meetings, plan and conduct a religious service, responsible for the care of other scouts, first aid skills, achieve many challenge badges and be my assistant troop leader for a year. He's worked very hard and I've been helping him all along the way. I'm very proud of him. He's already completed all he has to do but I'm going to present him with the award at next months church service where the community can see it.
