There is not a chemical reaction. Just a physical transformation from solid phase to dissolved liquid phase. So just omit the H2O and add (s) to Ca(OH)2 and (aq) to another Ca(OH)2 on the right. Good luck. Note that if you asked calcium oxide, we can write a chemical reaction like CaO + H2O --> Ca(OH)2 and this is referred to as "extinguishing" process.
