210
each number is equal to its cube-itself example
1x1x1-1=0
2X2X2-2=6
3x3x3-3=24
so 6x6x6-6=210

It helps if you break it down to what's happening between individual elements in the sequence, and there are sometimes a number of ways to do that. The trick is to find what fits the pattern.
The first element is 0, so multiplying it by something to get the next number is useless, it'll still be 0. The obvious one is to add 6 to get to the next element.
Between 6 and 24, it's a difference of 18. Maybe that's not the important fact, but 18 happens to be 3 * 6.
Between 60 - 24 is 36, another factor of 6. Specifically, 6 * 6.
120-60 is 60, or 10 * 6.
Now let's look at the number sequence of the factors of 6. The first is 1 (1 * 6 = 6), so we get a series 1, 3, 6, 10.
There's a difference of 2 between 1 and 3, a difference of 3 between 3 and 6, a difference of 4 between 6 and 10. Maybe there's a difference of 5 between 10 and the next factor, making it 15. We were looking at factors of 6, so 6 * 15 = 90, so the next term in the sequence might be 90 + 120, or 210. The answer is c.
It's a long answer, but it's important to get insight on HOW to do the problem, not just get the answer!

answer: 210...
the way i see the sequence written as follows (but i think ssg's way is a lot easier and quicker)..
0 - 6 - 24 - 60 - 120 - X (find the difference)
6 18 36 60 (X-120)
*narrowed down to factors of 6
*divide by 6
1 - 3 - 6 - 10 - (X-120)/6
*broken down to simpler seq
*find the difference
2 - 3 - 4 - 5
therefore,
(X-120)/6 = 10+5
(x-120)/6 = 15
(X-120) = 90
X = 210
..i hope it helps

c 210
0
6 previous +6
24 p +18
60 p +36
120 previous +60
ANs
210 previous +90
I had to analyze the pattern on the set of numbers I was adding.
First +6, but then add +6+12=18, then add 18+18=36,
then add 36+24=60,
So what do I have to add to 120? I add 60 +30,
The number your adding gets increase by 6 each time.

it (c).
The pattern is the difference between each number when divided by six. Follow this pattern 1 3 6 10 15. where 1 to 3 there one number in between. The second 3 to 6 have two number in between. Each progression mean this number will added by one.
