We can't match Chelsea, and I am a Man Utd supporter. Anyone who thinks we can MATCH them financially is blind.
We can get a non-English player of Hargreaves' quality for half that price. And, if reports are true that Fergie is now after Aldo Dusher (from Deportivo) it means that he failed to land Hargreaves. He wouldn't be after Dusher if he was still after Hargreaves; they are too similiar a player to purchase both.
Either way, I would tell Gill to save his money and go after Torres and, if any funds are left after Torres, Nani in the summer.
We can't match Chelsea pound for pound, but we can match them on the pitch with quality buys.
