You need to find a school in your area. You can find them at most airports. I assume you are asking about a private pilot license? I believe the current requirements for a private license is a minimum of 40 hours of flight time. You will initially start with an instructor. He or she will give you the basics and explain how the airplane functions. You will do most of the actual flying with the instructor. You will need to know how to do a pre-flight, which is an inspection of the aircraft. Before you can obtain your license, you will need to be able to solo and pass a written test. I believe ground school is required, which teaches you what you need to know to pass the written test. At one time, a pilot or trainee must have a radio license to talk on the radio. I believe that is no longer a requirement unless you fly internationally. Flying is a lot of fun but an expensive hobby. Once you obtain the private rating, you can get a instrument, commercial, multi-engine and instructor ratings, but not necessarily in the order I listed them. Good luck and have fun. By the way, it will probably cost you about $1,800-2,500 to obtain your license.
