A prenup is for setting parameters for a particular couple that will be legally binding upon only that couple. A prenup could very well cover all the points that you bring up and be legally binding if all that sign agree to it. But the thing is that you have to get them to sign such for it to be so.

My suggestion is to talk to an attorney about it to find out completely the status of such an agreement within your state and if it would be equally binding if either went to another state.

Bottom line - if you have this must uncertainty before marriage maybe you need to think about even getting married.

I would read the prenup you have already written. If it is not in there specifically, communal property ( and communal debt) is completely shared. A marriage is legally the binding of two persons into one. Unless your prenup says otherwise, you share everything after a divorce. This includes assets, liabilities, children.

you can pretty much write anything you want in to a prenup. if it's already been written and signed, maybe you could amend it. but odds are, if she uses that credit card to pay for anything that you decide to purchase together, you'll probably have to share the debt

it's all shared, the prenup is between you and your spouce, not you and the credit reporting agency or you and the creditor, or you and anyone else involved. Marriage = Shared responsibility. Can't hide from it, no matter how bad you want too or how much you try.

Thinking of the person concerned ,do you trust her so little? I think you should be discussing this worry with her,it does'nt sound an Ideal situation to me,failing that think again about the direction of this relationship,if it has already occured, then I think you should ask a legal representative this question.
