Med schools specifically don't look at your SAT score. They look at your MCAT score, which you will take in university. On that you'll be looking for around 30/44 for a good shot at getting in, though it is still possible with lower scores.

SAT is used for entrance into the university/college itself, not the medical school. SAT scores depend totally on the college you're applying to. Some colleges with med schools might accept scores as low as 1400/2400, but if you're looking for better colleges, you'll want to score 1700+. A score of 1900+ will get you into just about anywhere, and 2100 should be good enough for ivy league if your application is well rounded.

Doesn't matter, as long as your SATs are good enough to get you into college, it won't matter. Med schools are going to look at a test you take between your junior and senior year of college called the Medical College Admissions Test, MCAT.
