...[this is so hard] but i would have to say clubs cause then i know what to expect on the national level. But the clubs are so many and it is hard to keep a tab on all considering today's mish mash...

I love high-fever club games like Man U/Barcelona or Real/Arsenal, but nothing can compare to the likes of the WC, which is unpredictable. All the stars tend to run off to certain clubs leaving the others weak and very defeatable. But country teams are well balanced. For example, you can see how well Poland hung on in the game against Germany in the WC until Oliver Neuville scored 1 minute into Injury Time.

I would have to say National teams, because it's all the best players from each nation playing against each other.

Clubs simply playing for money? Must be a Chelsea fan.
If you honestly believe that, you don't watch enough football.
Watching Man Utd or Arsenal is far more entertaining then watching England. France was nice to watch in the World Cup, so was Argentina. Still, I think watching a domestic match is far more entertaining then watching internationals.
That being said, I have little pride in my nations football organization and have the most immense pride in my club.
