Okay for the submarines your right. That money could easily be used for something else, I agree. But as a feminist I believe that females should be allowed in the navy seals or special forces because 1. It's in the constitution that all men and women are created equal. Therefore, if a man has the right to defend his or her country a woman should to. And as for the rape in the military, yeah it is a problem, but females shouldn't be punished for it, it is the man's fault for raping her. I understand men get "lonely" in the military, but so do women. And they deserve the same respect that a man gets. It's like saying if a soldier was a white suprematist and he harmed a black soldier, would all black soldiers be told that they shouldnt allowed on that boat or base etc. ? No, they wouldn't the other man would be punished. Civil rights are the same for gender as they are for color.

I went from Hawaii to Iraq with the army and it's not easy, for me it's all about the cold showers. There's less then 10 females and about 600 males on the base that I'm at.

I'm guessing you mean during times of war? Most of us just jacked off... a lot. But there is also a lot of sex. Iraq is much different than traditional wars against an army and so there are women around and everyone mostly has a trailer they live in.

People in the military find release from their sexual tension the same way non military people do; He/she finds it with someone else, or they find with themselves, one way or other.

I thought people in the army are allowed to marry and allowed to be accompanied by their spouses.Unless the author of the question meant may be during war.
