lol well try doing some exercises...
one good one i got taught was to place ur hand in front of ur eyes i'd say about 4 inches away. Then look and focus on ur hand for 10 seconds, then look and focus at something further away for 10 seconds.
Do this for 5 minutes a day. It is best to do it when u are relaxing as it makes u very sleep because it tires ur eyes out.... good luck and i hope it helps..
. i mean u could always give it a try. its not going to hamr you to do it once... if u dont like it stop doing it but it has been i think it is a little nifty way of helping ur eye sight. lol =)

This not the answer that you want to hear because I hated it when my doctor told me this. Stop getting older! Our eyesight is an everchanging process throughtout our lifetime. Right now I am approaching 50 and my eyes are actually getting better at seeing really far away. But up close where I am and really need it the most it seems to be getting worse. I just got the dreaded bifocals. Hate them. But I hate not seeing worse. Sorry it's not the answer that you are looking for but unless you have some sort of disease with your eyes that can be corrected that is the best that I can give you.

Your eyesight is precious and I am sure that your eyes are gorgeous. Make sure that you get regular check-ups, drink plenty of water to help flush your system, protect eyes from damaging sun rays with appropriate sunglasses, rest is a key, stay away from pollutants as much as possible (cigarette smoke, etc.) and eat healthy. I know that is said that carrots are good but i read recently of another food item that provided greater benefits for the eyes than carrots. And as always ask God for guidance and to heal your eyes.

first how'se your blood pressure? I learned from the pharmacist that high blood pressure can affect your sight and noticed it after not taking my pills for a couple of days. Also try some V-8 Frusion. I drank some this morning and I'll be damned if I didn't need my glasses this afternoon. It may be a total fluke, but it's a good fluke.

Unfortunately your eyesight will progressively get worse. Especially if you have parents with bad vision. Be patient, wait like 10 or 15 years and get lasik eye surgery. By that time it will be even more effective than it already is.

Can you afford Lasik? I don't know what your eyesight problem is but, if you wear glasses, every year you will increase the strenght of your prescription and your eyes will get weaker and weaker.
Check it out!

Have you gone to get your eyes checked lately? If you spend allot of time on the computer that will for sure make your eyesight weak. Get a screen protector, and make sure you visit you optician to keep your beautiful eyes healthy! P.S don't squint either that just makes things worse..

Depending on what the 'weakness' is, here are some tips to keep your eyes strong...from my eye doctor...
eat foods rich in beta carotine...carrotts, squash, sweet potatoes. Think yellow and orange veggies.
look through your window screen, focus on what's outside, then retract your focus on the screen itself. Do this about 10 times, at 3 times a day. This will strengthen the eye muscles.
