I got my aircon, a split unit that comes with a compresser and 2 rectangle looking thing for about S$1,800 (2 months ago). They mentioned something abotu horse-power.. Better check it out.

If you intend to buy furnitures and accessories, try going to IKEA or COURTS. The last time I did was to look at the design and take down the model number. Went to a shop at Hougang Street 21 (Goh Ah Bee). They got better price....
