The Clitoris piercing is located at the top of the vagina, beneath the top hood of the labia. Lift the hood and you will see a ‘pea-shaped’ bump that is the organ, the clitoris. The Clitoris must be of sufficient size to accommodate 1.6mm gauge jewellery. If it is too small, piercing it will drastically increase the risk of nerve damage.
Healing Time: 2 - 12 weeks
Genital piercings have the potential to heal quite quickly. They do, however, suffer when the piercee does not keep the genital area cool and dry.
Avoid wearing underwear or any tight and restrictive garments that may aggravate the piercing by rubbing against it.
A genital piercing should be placed deep in its location, thereby minimising the chance of the jewellery being rejected by friction. The jewellery should also be of at least 1.6mm to 2mm gauge because anything thinner will migrate all the more quickly.
Abstain from strenuous sexual activity that will tear at a healing piercing (which can happen even long after the piercing has healed) and remember that having unprotected sex, while wearing a piercing, can increase the chances of passing a sexually transmitted disease.
Any signs of infection in a genital piercing should be dealt with immediately. If the infection spreads into the urinary system it can become cystitis, which is a bladder infection that causes the constant urge to urinate coupled with a burning sensation when doing so. Infections spread deeper and do more damage when left unchecked. They DO NOT just go away.
My friend had it done and said it hurt like hell but two other people i know who have got it said it was a sharp scratch and thats all. So it just depends on your pain threshold

My ex had hers done and she enjoyed playing with it, it didn't make sex "better"... but then i had another friend who had it done and she used to have orgasms from the vibrations on the bus and the piercing rubbing against her..
Why not try it out, if it doesn't do it for you, take it out, and it's not the clit itself that gets pierced, but the hood of skin over it, so that the jewelery rests against your clit...
Hope that helps, and have fun with your new toy!!
Oh yeah, it hurts a whole lot to get it done... the throbbing stops after about 12 hours, and it takes about 2 weeks to fully heal.

Well, it honestly depends on the TYPE of piercing you are getting. Some of them are safer and less risky than others. Some of them also pose the risk of you completely losing all your clitoral feeling/sensation so you need to really think this through... and if you're sure it's what you want, go for it. If not, maybe you should do a bit more research & speak to several women who've already had it done.

The person who does it to you will see it. It may excite your husband a little bit more. But, all it will do for you is give you more pain in the genital area. It does NOT help with your sex drive and may even cause you problems when urinating. Personally, I think that particular piecing is gross. Don't do it just for him. Only do it if YOU want to have another piercing Good luck.

Ask your doctor about an exercise routine. Regular exercise, such as walking three times a week, may reduce neuropathy pain, improve your muscle strength and help control blood sugar levels. Gentle routines such as yoga and tai chi might also help.

It will help you to enjoy sex alot more than you already do. And the soreness is kind of pleasurable, it takes about one to two weeks for the healing. My wife had it done, she loves it.

Why on earth do you have the desire to mutilate your body? Many cases of clitoral piercing have caused damage to the nerves and has left the woman without feelings or sensation. Their sex life is no longer enjoyable. Are you willing to risk that?

they don't pierce your clit.. they pierce your hood. and no, it's not a good idea, I like to rub and slap the head of my penis against the outside and I wouldn't liek there to be something cold and hard there
