The wife of the American President is often refered to as the First Lady. So if Hillary Clinton were to become the first USA female President would Bill Clinton be refered to as the First Man or First Gentleman? :-)

The First Man would be better then the First Gentleman to describe Penis Clinton, because he is not a gentleman. The First Lady-boy would also be all right, but it might be an insult for the lady-boys in Thailand.

I think you might be right! But "First Gentleman" would be better than "First Man", I think. Assuming, of course, that Bill is still married to Hilary!

Bill would not be the first lady lol.

Great question.... I would guess "gentleman"...since the phrase has always been... "Ladies and Gentlemen" (when announcing), so that very well may be the proper way to address him.
