I like that you can see who starred a question, but I don't like that it's not a fair rating system as you can only rate "good" questions.
All in all, thumbs up - thumbs down is better.

I do like that you can see who gave you stars, but if thumbs up and down doesn't work, then why do we still have it for the Answerers?

i like the stars better...i didn't like seeing thumbs down on questions that didn't deserve it...
