Something that is precise is no necessarily accurate. The classic example is darts or arrows. You may land all your darts within a one inch circle, and that is a very precise cluster... even if it is six inches off the board. Conversely, you may fling darts all over the place and not be very precise, but if one of them is in the bullseye, then it is accurate.
