Live in Durham Ontario about 200 miles north of Buffalo and the snow is falling. Have 2 feet of it on the ground and the temp this morn is 4*F. Tried to take the dogs for a walk but the snowballs where filling their paws so had to come back in. With the cold and pure white snow is so pristine looking out. Was nice to see 4 deer crossing the south pasture going back to the bush. The wild birds are really enjoying the feed we put out for them as the snow is too deep for them to forage.

I am in South Alabama and the last time it snowed here was in March of 1992 or 1993. Yes, it is beautiful when it snows, but I am terrified to try and drive in it. Since we rarely see snow, it is almost like a disaster due to so many people not knowing how to drive in snow.

Yes. Just a little. But nice and fluffy. First time since just one day way back in November. Most people think that is snows like crazy and that there is a blizzard everyday in winter season. NOT TRUE AT ALL!!. Hey folks, in Chicago, it snows about two times the whole winter. It's more COLD and WINDY. . . . . Windy City, get it?? SMILE

Just started here in Indiana about an hour ago. We are supposed to get 1 to 3 inches by tonight. If we do, that will be our first significant snow fall. We've only had a couple of dustings here. It has been unusally warmer here and we only got cold about a week ago.
