There are many free tutorials on the web on how to restore old photos using Adobe Photoshop. Use a search site of your choosing and ask for "photoshop tutorials" and you'll get many hits. Then pick and choose what you want, Many can be downloaded to your computer so you can reference them anytime you need to and all major book stores have many titles to choose from, Can you do it on line, you get good at it, you get a site and you'll get business

It is now so easy for the average person to do general touch-up of photos that the odds of making money doing this is very small. Everybody has a cousin, uncle or somebody in the family that can do basic graphic work.
But photoshop is very powerful program and photo restoration if a very small part of it. Don't limit yourself.

Yes but not profitable, I still do photo touch-ups.
You also have the problem of large files so you are limited with DPI and you will need to convert files to a jpeg, for other person to open, but it doesn't stop there if you have a mac and others don't the conversion process my mess up the image, not all the time. There is a lot there and it takes time and experience.
