Yes. Before leaving her alone with the kids, I would invite her over and observe how she interacts with the children.

It sounds like she's mature enough to handle children. Talk with her parents first to make sure that they give it an OK with your concerns. When i was 13, i was babysitting a 9 year old and a 3 year old just fine, and i definitely didn't have straight A's or skip grades. Give it a shot and see how well she does at first.

If she is mature for her age, hasnt had any problems or complaints from previous people, has a good attitude and likes bonding with kids, i dont see why not. But if you're unsure then hire an older babysitter. Its important, however, to not judge how well babysitters are by their age. This 13-year-old could surprise you with how mature and responsible she is.

well... it depends i don't have children because I'm like 12 but anyway it depends if she is responsible enough to handle children you would be kinda lucky to find someone with experience that knows CPR lol but its your choice if u feel your child is safe with her then let her babysit if not then find another!
hope i helped!

depends on how old your child is and how far anf how long you will be. i was 10 and my mom had me babysit my 8 and 4 year old sisters and my two year old brother. but i was mature and responsible. i did it all the time.

Depends on how old the child is... A three year old (like mine) may be a bit too much to handle...I would not trust anyone under 18 to watch him, just because he is so damn sneaky, lol
But a younger child, I am sure they would dote over more, and be less frusterated.
