I like alot of the sitcom shows from the 70s. Especially, Good Times. Presently a lot of the shows have rich people with designer cloths. Where, Good Times is a family in the Ghetto that is just trying to survive. The costumes and sets are not fancy and they bring up many political issues of the time. The comic timing is hilarious . I find "Good Times" to be DYNOMITE!!!"

The Andy Griffith show. Each show had a story to tell. When you got through watching an episode it just made you feel better. It is almost like a spiritual experience. There was depth to that show.I can not think of any other show that taught you something each time.It taught you that love and compassion is the most important thing in life.True experiences in a down home setting. That is how the world should be were people help one another.Telling the truth and forgiving and loving Otis even though he was a drunk.

The best was Soap- 70's sitcom/soap opera.
Night Court was good too.
Seinfeld simply was not funny to me. Mainly because of Kramer. Maybe if Kramer was never on it I wouldn't have been turned off. I would have killed such a neighbor.

Cheers, hands down. It's a show meant for older audiences that doesn't try to be an over-the-top comedy. Shows like Friends, Seinfeld, Raymond, K of Q etc. just try too hard.
