Ok. I'm interested in doing further study. I have a BA (Linguistics & Anthropology) and Dep Ed (TESL). I am thinking of perhaps doing some Special Needs (gifted and learning disabled) Education or maybe Linguistics (language disorders). I just don't know what to do!

Is there a good 'career counsellor' online that will help me decide what I should study?

I forgot to mention, I have not worked in a 'career' as such before. I've been out of the workforce for 5yrs (childrearing). I'm basically starting from scratch and live in the country so will be studying online/externally.

Well, since you are so confused about what you should study, why not ask the University closest to you or the one where you study or have studied and see where you go from there.

A couple of years ago, my father wanted to go and advance his degree and was wondering if a Honours or Masters would advance his career so he simply went to the University and got some great advice.

Or how about you go to the National Association of whatever industry you want to work in and ask them if your current qualifications are enough and/or the new degrees would help you in the future.

Best of luck!!!
