if she asks your opinion, tell her. she needs to decide what she wants to do on her own, that way, no one else is to blame but herself. once a cheater, always a cheater. she needs to leave her husband instead of cheating. it's not fair to him.

Having a feeling or fantasy about someone else is normal but proceeding it is not. Your friend is human and can not help the way her mind thinks. You need to help her realise the future and not just right now. Tell her that her feeling to this person is a lust not love. Surly the one she is married to is her love. If she gave that up she may never get it back and then be lost when the other guy leaves. She needs to know that really it isnt worth it (unless her husband is a jerk and hurts her and then that is a different story).
