How can progress be an issue?? Online banking is great, and quite frankly.. its the future. The only issue is people that believe the internet to be a "scary" place, people that have watched films like "hackers" or "the net" and believe any old computer geek can easily access your personal information and run riot.

I think internet banking is the greatest thing since sliced bread!! Its easy to use and you can do a lot without having to stand in a line.

I am not sure if you are worried about security but is you are not then you should be. There are LOADS of viruses and worms that will try to get your financial details or take you to a fake site and let you type in your passwords, etc. But if you are careful and take a few precautionary steps you will be fine. Firstly get a good AV and Firewall. Anti spyware is good as well. Then make sure you don't go to dodgy sites and that you don't click on spam emails that tell you to go a link and login to access your bank details. If you use your head you will be fine. Remember that your bank will never ask for your passwords and that they can't see your passwords. They can reset it to something else but they don't know your passwords. I hope this helps.

Good Luck!!
