Elevate the head of the bed at least 8 inches.....Also try sleeping on your left side with a pillow supporting your tummy.

Can you sleep sitting up a little? I was able to sleep in a slightly reclined position, but not fully reclined.

Pillows are another key factor, here. Pillows are your best friend when you're pregnant. If you don't have one of those long body pillows, I would look into getting one. I slept with a pillow under my head, one between my legs, one under my tummy, one behind my back, and another by my feet. Of course, as the previous answers said, DO NOT sleep on your back.

You can also try some regular Breathe Right strips. I used those during my last couple weeks.

I know it's difficult, but it won't be long before you'll be holding your new little one. :)

Yes. Alot of pillows and sleeping on your side does help. Sleeping while you are pregnant is just difficult and gets more and more dificult the bigger you get. Pregnant woman just sleep lighter and the light sleeping continues through a chunk of the childs life. I have a cup of chamomile tea with a little bit of milk in it before bed. If I can not sleep in the night I get up and eat a snack and take a shower. You can also try sleeping in a big armchair or something similar as you get bigger.

Try getting comfortable with a pillow between your legs, and under the side of your tummy. One might work behind your back as well, as I had to try all 3 of these with my 2nd! DO NOT try to sleep on your back; it decreases both oxygen and blood flow to the baby, and may be the reason you cannot breathe if that is actually what you're doing. But the pillows worked really well for me; good luck sharing them with your partner! ;)

Find a comfortable position, that may be the clue to getting your sleep back!
