The exchange values depends on ~ in which country are you right now. You can get that exchanged / cashed from money changers, from Five Star hotels, from banks or similarly from any other suitable place.

You will get exactly what they are face value. $2 bills can be taken right to your local bank. They are today's currency and nothing special about them here in the USA anyway.

However IF you have one that has a small star on it by the serial number then save that !! It is worth more!!

OCBC, DBS, ATM, UOB, and most banks. u will get about 170 to 190 dollars depending on the exchange rates.
