Queen Victoria lived during the time of the British Empire, and her name was credited for the advance of British society. Things have changed since then. Would you show her things that would make her proud and happy to be British, or things to show how far things have changed? You have an entire day, so don't limit your answers to a single event-get two or three in! There's no reason Her Majesty can't ride the DLR today!

I would show her all of the modern miracles of the world, airplanes, plasma tv's, dvr's, dishwashers, hot tubs,(I don't think they bathed back then much), show, her how much easier it is to be a woman in the 21st century, Then I would show her, her great great great (not sure how many great it would be) grandsons Prince Willam (he is a hunk) and Prince Harry(he is adorable) and she would be very proud of them.

While I think she should report the other girls to the head teacher, I also have to remember that I can't force anyone to do anything they don't wish to do. What I would do, in that situation, is simply point out that you're a friend and wouldn't have offered help if you didn't care and make a friendship. There are other people in the world she can make friends with. While my friends and I routinely sexually harass one another, it's all very clear that it's all in good spirits. This, obviously wasn't. To borrow an old quote; "With friends like this, who needs enemies?" Those aren't friends. Those are associations. She can make more friends. She can build stronger friendships. It isn't hard. I do it just by being myself around people. I'm a bit of a jackass, if I just have fun and share something with someone, I usually wind up with a new friend. It's easy. One of the best friendships I ever built was by carefully not noticing when he swiped my coffee mug in class, drank about half and put it back. That was almost two decades ago. He's married and they now call their daughter my niece. When someone at one of their parties, where I knew only three people asked if I was his brother, he answered "For all intents and purposes, yes." The poor girl needs to find better friends. I really can't say how to counsel her. What seems hard for some people is natural for me. What's difficult for me is ridiculously simple for other people. We're all a little different in our approaches. If you sincerely want to help her, I'd get to know her a little better and start looking for things that she can do to make friends externally from school. D

I think I would show the silly old bat the door and say begone! for thou art the source of many of the ills of todays society.
Go ye forth and see what a mess your offspring have made despite living in better times. Repent for the damage you caused by allowing the introduction of tobacco to be imported into society.
Repent also for the damage your regime casued to many cultures by your greed for greater wealth and power.
Never darken my door again!

I would show her the horrible living conditions of British subjects outside of London. I would show her the state of affairs of the former British colonies which now lie in ruins and despair. I would show her the thousands of innocents killed in southern Iraq who died at the hands of British troops.

Then I would take her for a nice lunch at the River Cafe and chat about nothing.
