Most people wore 'Spliffy' jeans, 'Fruit of the Loom' sweatshirts, NAF NAF jackets and had 'wedge' haircuts.
As this question is in the football section, I would add that alot of people wore Liverpool shirts with 'Candy' as a sponsor, which is a bit of a vague advertisement to me.
People wore quite baggy shirts, and a lot of people wore T-Shirts bought from the merchandise stall at 'James' concerts with a large flower motif on them.
Some people wore 'Global Hypercolor' T Shirts which changed colour depending on the heat, but soon stopped when they realised they had enormous different coloured sweat patches under their arms.

Denim was loose fit instead of tight, denim jackets were in, neon colours were in during the early 1990s - see here for more info http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1990s_fashion

I still wear all my 90's clothes.....People don't move away from me when I get on a train, so I probably don't look too freaky.
