The only CAUSE of date rape is the rapist. However, parents can help educate their daughters baout the issue by make them aware of it and helping give them the skills to make good choices. Going alone to a frat party and drinking an unknown substance from someone you just met is a bad choice, but young women do it all the time.

No, all things happen when there are bad people out there. Even when parents do everything possible to keep children safe, things will still happen.
