You should buy things from America because you'll get more for your money. You should get a Hello Kitty plush toy and spend the rest on Bratz.

and
maybe make up type stuff, like nail polish and lip gloss
or
maybe a diary
Ignore what the others have written, there is no harm is spending money on yourself
if you wanted to you could always make a small donation to something

If you don't actually NEED any of those things, and haven't been saving up to buy them, why not just save the money?
I know it's not as much fun, and I probably sound like a mother hen, but who says money has to be spent as soon as you get them?
Save them for when you find something you really, really, really want. When that happens you'll be really glad you saved them.

Go to the U.S. and buy everthing! ($140!). But in case you can't I'd buy a "Hello Kitty" CD/Radio player. Then take the rest and have a nice lunch.
